Dutapalma Nusantara was incorporated in Indonesia in 1987. The core
business of Dutapalma is plantation and refinery. Dutapalma has about
60.000 hectares of plantation area, with physical Crude Palm Oil (CPO)
refining capacity of 1.300 tonnes per day, Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) mill
of 600 tonnes kernel per day. Dutapalma has also 6 Palm Oil Mills with
a milling capacity of 420 tonnes Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) per hour.

To further strengthen and enhance Dutapalma's position in the palm oil
industry, Dutapalma has moved downstream with the construction of a
very modern soap noodle plant. This plant which has a capacity of 72
tonnes per day.

will be computer literate with an understanding of hotel operations

As a key member of the management team the financial controller will
be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects
of the company's operations. Reporting to the Regional Financial

will include :

Join an established E&P operating company to work on a gas development
project offshore Southwest Vietnam in the Gulf of Thailand. The
Project is currently in the final phases of Pre-FEED

The project will consist of a conventional, large Central Processing
Platform with a Floating, Storage and Offloading (FSO) facility, 3 – 4
hubs and approximately 40 wellhead platforms over the project's
anticipated field life of 20 years.

Job Responsibilities :-

The Project HR Business Partner will be responsible for key portions
of the HR related issues for a large international capital project
including participating in or leading the following efforts:

* Developing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures

* Managing recruitment efforts for a significant number of
employees & contractors as the project ramps up for FEED

* Managing staffing services contracts

* Administration of Work Permits & Visas


Qualifications (Education, Work Experience, Language) :-
