HSE and HR EXECUTIVE Post Date: 08 May 09

The selected candidate shall be responsible for the overall smooth and
efficient daily personnel administration and general affairs matters:

Qualifications:

*
Male
*
Min. 26 years old
*
Minimum S1 degree in Technology back ground, administration, or
other related educational background.
*
More than 5 years experience in oil and gas or mining industry
*
Excellent communication skill of both English and Bahasa Indonesia,
*
Experience in monitors activities to ensure adherence to all HSE
procedures, identifying and evaluating occupational and make
recommendations for control or elimination of hazards.
*
Experience in training personnel in Safety, Health and
Environmental Management System.
*
Facilitation and strategic influencing skills and Sound
regulatory knowledge in mining industry and general HSE requirements.
*
Good project management skills.
*
Ability to structure highly complex technical and legislative
information to allow commercially relevant decisions to be formulated.
*
Result Orientation, Strategic thinking & influencing,
Initiative, and Self Development
*
Capable to handle Human resources
*
Understand Human resource regulation and Kep Menaker
