Project HR Business Partner (Oil & Gas) Post Date: 29 May 2009


Join an established E&P operating company to work on a gas development
project offshore Southwest Vietnam in the Gulf of Thailand. The
Project is currently in the final phases of Pre-FEED

The project will consist of a conventional, large Central Processing
Platform with a Floating, Storage and Offloading (FSO) facility, 3 – 4
hubs and approximately 40 wellhead platforms over the project's
anticipated field life of 20 years.

Job Responsibilities :-

The Project HR Business Partner will be responsible for key portions
of the HR related issues for a large international capital project
including participating in or leading the following efforts:

* Developing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures

* Managing recruitment efforts for a significant number of
employees & contractors as the project ramps up for FEED

* Managing staffing services contracts

* Administration of Work Permits & Visas


Qualifications (Education, Work Experience, Language) :-

* Degree in HR, Business Administration

* 8+ years of HR experience in large international organization
particularly in oil & gas business

* SE Asia regional experience is an advantage

* Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Good interpersonal skills, working with diverse multi-cultural &
multi-disciplined teams

* Strong references

* Position will be based in Vietnam office initially for a few
months and after that based in FEED office in either Singapore, KL or
Perth.

Qualification :

At least 3 years experience in Big "4" Accounting firm and 3
years in MNC preferable from IT Industry
*
Bachelor of Accountancy Degree. CPA or Master Degree is preferable.
*
Good Communicator and a proven strong leader
*
Analytical thingking and commercially astute able to ensure
organization interest is always protected
*
Good understanding of Indonesia GAAP.
*
Working knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws as well as
commercial laws and their application
*
A team player with high energy, self-starter and business focus
with high integrity.
*
Good command on using Common Business application software,
like: Zahir, SAP, etc.
