PT MBS is in need of someone to fill position of Operations Manager

PT MBS is a newly formed social enterprise whose mission is to empower the poor.

 

PT MBS creates "business-in-the-box" solutions that can be franchised to low-income micro-entrepreneurs. PT MBS works together with and is supported by Grameen Foundation USA.

 

Operations Manager from PT MBS will work closely with Micro Finance Institution partners, Grameen Foundation USA as well as suppliers to manage the day-to-day activities of the micro franchise business

Duties and Responsibility:

 

    * Ensure the profitability of Micro Franchise operators
    * Manage the daily operations of PT MBS
    * Ensure the operating expense as well as revenue targets are being achieved
    * Reach the deployment targets of new micro franchises according to plan / budget
    * Build and maintain strong relationships with Micro Finance Institutions throughout Indonesia
    * Build and maintain strong relationships with product suppliers
    * Tracking deployments, inventory and processes in the field
    * Create training materials for micro franchisees
    * Ensure highest quality of customer service to the micro franchisees
    * Ensure the timely reporting to all stakeholders
    * Refine and ensure continuous improvement of the business process within PT MBS
    * Provide role model for leadership, integrity, pro-active, can-do attitude and innovation within PT MBS
    * Liaise with Grameen Foundation officers
    * Build SOP for the PT MBS

 

Selection Criteria:

 

    * Bachelor degree required (S1)
    * Proven Managerial experience
    * Proven experience in operational improvement and financial reporting
    * Understand Micro Finance and have strong relationship with Micro Finance Institution is preferred
    * Understand franchising business is preferred
    * Computer literacy is a must
    * English proficiency is a must
