We are Batam based a Foreign Company, specializes in the manufacture
of pressure vessels, modules, decks and sub sea equipment for the Oil
and Gas industry is looking for qualified candidates for

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

With the growth in the businesses – we are looking for an Accounting
Manager – who would be "hands- on" as well as leader of the accounting
team in Batam.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER ( BASE IN BATAM ) Post Date: 12 Mar 09

Key responsibilities:

*
Responsible for monthly closing and reviewing accounts to ensure
timely monthly management reporting;
*
Responsible for budgetary control, Cost management, credit
control and cash flow management;
*
Implementing & upgrading finance and accounting policies,
procedures and processes.
*
Compliance & reporting as local per [Indonesian + Batam
requirements – both administrative & accounting.
*
Ensure local accounting policies comply with the statutory requirements.
*
Good knowledge of IT \ ERP systems.

Requirements:

*
Minimum 5 years experience (experience as Auditor in Public
Accountancy is an added advantage).
*
University Graduate (S1 or S2 Degree) in accounting & finance
from a reputable university. Overseas graduates is an added advantage.
*
Well-versed in Indonesia Taxation (Deferred Tax, Corp Tax,
Withholding Tax & VAT).
*
Strong communication skills, including good command of English
both verbal and written are must.
*
Good analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
*
"Hands – on" performer & a team leader.
*
Willing to be located in Batam
*
The selection will be done in Batam
