The qualifications are:

Ø University fresh graduate in Economy, Business, Mass
Communication, Sociology, Psychology and Industrial Engineering with
minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university

Ø Good analytical skills, high integrity, self motivated, good
interpersonal skills, flexible, pro active, and self starter

Ø Excellent English (spoken & written) & Computer literate
