    * Build and maintain strong relationships with Micro Finance Institutions throughout Indonesia
    * Build and maintain strong relationships with product suppliers
    * Tracking deployments, inventory and processes in the field
    * Create training materials for micro franchisees
    * Ensure highest quality of customer service to the micro franchisees
    * Ensure the timely reporting to all stakeholders
    * Refine and ensure continuous improvement of the business process within PT MBS

Selection Criteria:

 

    * Bachelor degree required (S1)
    * Proven Managerial experience
    * Proven experience in operational improvement and financial reporting
    * Understand Micro Finance and have strong relationship with Micro Finance Institution is preferred
    * Understand franchising business is preferred
