Club Facilities Manager

 

Responsibilities:

    *
      Organizing and implementing an effective preventive maintenance programme. Managing the facilities team with respect to maintain the clubs and the equipment in excellent working condition.

Requirements:

    *
      Min. bachelor degree in Interior design, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or ideal engineering background
    *
      Min. 5 years experiences in the same capacity
    *
      Having successful experiences in handling various aspects of building maintenance, design, cost estimating, project budgeting, and schedule control is an advantages
    *
      Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
    *
      Multi Site
    *
      Fluent in English and well presented
