We are currently seeking qualified, highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join us as:

Senior Security Engineer     Post Date: 10 Feb 09


Overall Purpose of Job:

    * The jobholder is to be responsible for the implementation of physical, production and IT security policies.


Main Activities / Tasks:

    * To achieve accreditation and then ensure ongoing compliance by the company with the security regulatory requirements as required by relevant clients and organizations.

    * Based on the corporate Security Policy to develop, publish, implement and maintain local security procedures, both physical and IT security;

    * To monitor and conduct internal audits of all security activities in the site and advise the management team on all matters concerning physical, card production security as well as IT security;

    * To direct and investigate all matters where actions of staff or others could or have caused a breach of security and advise on procedures to be implemented to prevent re-occurrence;

    * To answer to tender on all security matters;

    * To operate the security of the IT systems supporting the access control, alarm and video systems;

    * To participate in new IT projects or solution implementation to advise on the IT security requirements and ensure they are being put in place prior to live implementation;

    * To conduct security awareness to all staff in the site to ensure appropriate level of security consciousness.


Location of Job:

    * Jakarta, Indonesia


Knowledge and Skills:

    * Excellent knowledge of the security challenges for an individual and commercial company in the IT and high-tech environment


Education, Qualifications, and Special Training:

    * A basic Degree in any discipline.


Experience:

    * Preferably at least 5 years of experience in security position, investigative experience and an ability to prepare and present comprehensive written report and documents.

OR

    * At least 5 years of experience in IT system management and exposed to IT security policies and procedures.


Personality Requirements:

    * Demonstrates great maturity and holds a very high degree of integrity, confidentiality and discretion;

    * Strong interpersonal and communication skills required;

    * Independent, approachable and analytical;

    * Able to take up highly pressurizing environment.
