FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Requirements:

    * Holds Bachelor degree with 5 years work experience as human resources in Manufacture company.
    * Experienced in whole HR process (employment, industrial relationship, government relationship, training & development, organizational development and compensation & benefit)
    * Must have the ability to interact in office and field environments
    * Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
    * High level of accountability and responsibility.
    * Detail oriented self starter with a "can do" attitude.
    * Preferably living in around Cakung, Bekasi, Kelapa Gading and Tanjung Priok.

RAL REQUIREMENT

    * S1 Degree From Any Discipline
    * Min.5 Years Experience as HR Manager
    * Minimum 30 years of age
    * Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory)
    * Computer Literate
    * Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
