Human Resources Manager Post Date: 23 Feb 09
Responsibilities:
1.
Manage full spectrum of HR activities.
2.
Review internal process and workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
3.
Review and formulate changes to HR policies in aligning with business goals and objectives.
4.
Work as business partner to the divisions and provide recommendations on HR issues.
5.
Initiate and lead HR projects in achieving organizational improvements.
6.
Develop and facilitate the total company training plan.
7.
Plan and lead staff communication/bonding activities.
Requirements:
1.
Degree in any discipline.
2.
8 years of HR experience with minimum 3 years in a managerial capacity.
3.
Familiar with recruitment and payroll process.
4.
Good knowledge of local legislation governing employment, compensation and benefits and industry practices.
5.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
6.
Speak and write English fluently.
